    I, nor anyone in my household have had any of the following symptoms in the last 21 days: sore throat, cough, chills, body aches for unknown reasons, shortness of breath for unknown reasons, loss of smell, loss of taste, fever at or greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

    I, nor anyone in my household have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 21 days.

    I have not traveled outside the U.S. in the past 21 days.

    I to the best of my knowledge have not been in close proximity to any individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 21 days.

    I do not have any reason to believe myself or anyone in my household has been exposed to or acquired COVID-19 within the last 21 days.

    I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the COVID-19.

    I release Wightman Farms, Inc and all of it's Principals of any and all liability in the event of any loss, illness or injury incurred to me or any member of my party including our belongings our belongings as a result of our visit to Wightman Farm, Inc. I acknowledge that I am entering a working farm and orchard that has uneven ground and farming equipment and as such fruits and vegetables may be on walkways and footpaths. I acknowledge it is my responsibility to be aware of my surroundings and to watch my footing.
    I also agree to pay for any and all items (fruits, vegetables, greens, plants, or parts thereof, etc) that me or my party pick while on the farm.

    Picking and dumping is considered vandalism under current New Jersey statute which is a punishable offense that will be enforced.
